Return Policy

At Lunares Home, we take great pride in the quality and handiwork of our artisans. All of our products are hand made in our family owned factories. Slight imperfections in the finish are natural and we think they add to the beauty and sophistication of the product. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product or with our service, just return your order within 30 days for a full refund on the price of the item(s) you ordered.

Please note that a valid receipt is required for a refund. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip issued by Lunares Home. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and exchanges, credits and refunds will be issued for the purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise. Return shipping and re-stocking fees may apply. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, final-sale, special-order items, used or damaged items through normal wear and tear.

To return an item by mail, enclose the packing slip from your order and mail it to the address on the packing slip. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 415.621.0764. Pack your return securely and be sure to ship it via insured US Mail or UPS Ground. Retain your shipping receipt for your records.
